Brooke Hitchmough is a versatile Australian oboist now freelancing in Melbourne, with a performance career spanning orchestral, chamber, and stage collaborations. She has performed with leading ensembles including the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, Ensemble Q, Opera Queensland, and the Australian Ballet, appearing in acclaimed productions such as Sleeping Beauty and Coco Chanel: The Life of a Fashion Icon.

Her principal roles include Principal Oboe for the Queensland Symphony Orchestra’s Educational Roma Tour and Principal Cor Anglais with Queensland Ballet’s Triple Bill. These engagements highlight her musical leadership and adaptability across diverse repertoire.
