Following several requests, come join us for a hands-on workshop on adjusting Bassoon reeds at the Howarth of London showrooms. Whether you’re a beginner or already have some experience, this event is perfect for anyone looking to fine-tune their reeds.

This is the ideal event for bassoonists or parents of bassoonists looking to get involved in their children’s bassoon playing.

The session will be led by experienced bassoonists, teachers and reedmakers, Anthea Wood and Dominic Morgan.

This session is perfect anyone who wants to know more about reed adjustment away from the excitement and bustle of a double reed day. We will be looking at adjusting shop bought reeds and adjusting older reeds to get the most out of them.
