An ideal step-up clarinet, the Buffet E12 France is the successor of the Buffet E11. This clarinet will take players on from the student models, it maintains the ease of play that beginner resin clarinets offer, whilst allowing the player to further their sound with the support of a wooden body.
The E12F is an intermediate level instrument for student players, the body of the clarinet is made from unstained grenadilla wood which is treated and lacquered for optimal protection. This design makes for a reliable and consistent instrument and supports a homogenous sound throughout the clarinet.
Buffet’s production facilities in both France and Germany worked in collaboration to develop and produce the E12F. It is manufactured in Buffet’s French workshops, whilst key assembly and quality control are completed by the German factory in Markneukirchen.
This instrument takes influence from the professional models and is refined for students. With accurate intonation as one of its main features, the E12F is a good stepping stone in supporting progressing players development.
Buffet has been producing clarinets since 1825 and are well respected within the industry. Buffet clarinets are commonplace in orchestras and ensembles across the world.
