The Prologue clarinet is enriched with the experience and ingenuity of Henri SELMER Paris through the company’s history of conception and fabrication of clarinets of quality, recognised throughout the world.

This innovative model offers a revolutionary thumb rest, an ergonomic tone hole insert for small hands, reduced instrument weight and an ergonomic register key. The Delta symbol, engraved on the upper body, differentiates this new version from the previous one.

Light and easy to play with 30g less wood, the new Prologue clarinet offers immediate comfort.

Thanks to its 3-dimentional adjustability, the ergonomic redesign of the thumb rest aids in correctly positioning the right hand.

The new shape of the ergonomic register key makes it easier to access the upper register and encourages a more natural thumb position, allowing the player to maintain comfort and agility.

To help young players cover the largest tone hole on the clarinet, Henri SELMER Paris have developed a special tone hole insert which is easy to insert or remove.

You can now also personalize your instrument with a choice of six colourful bands for the bell.

The instrument is also available with an optional Eb lever.
